Franchise Operations
Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins are essentially 100 percent franchised. In the U.S., Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees have an average network of five restaurants. Baskin-Robbins Franchisees own an average of 1.5 shops. Both brands offer flexible concepts for any real-estate format, including free-standing stores, end caps, in-line sites, kiosks, gas and convenience, travel plazas, universities and other retail environments.
